Iro Iro is a zero-waste designer brand that off ers upcycled products of great value to customers. We kindly advise you to take responsibility for your actions when using the products you purchase from us. Please note that IRO IRO cannot be held responsible for any actions you took while using our products.
www.iroirozerowaste.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be as per the company’s policy, which may be changed by www.iroirozerowaste.com from time to time
If you receive a damaged product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Damage will be assessed, and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced, or corrective measures may be taken to address the issue.
If the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and a refund request will be raised. The refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account for paid orders. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised.
Do you manufacture the product?
Certainly! At Iro Iro zero-waste, all of our products are manufactured in-house by our team.
Do you maintain inventory/stock of your own?

What are the delivery time line products sold to the customer?
At our fashion brand, we prioritize the production of high-quality, zero-waste products, and we deliver these products to our customers within 10 to 15 days of purchase.

If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products for the area not covered by IRO IRO, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

Upon receiving your complaint, IRO IRO will carefully investigate the authenticity and nature of the issue. If the complaint is valid, we will initiate a replacement or refund request as needed. Every single piece designed & produced in Iro Iro goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes. All orders go through a strict quality check before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged product, please inform us at (email address) within three days of receiving the order. In case of a damaged product return or size exchange, please write to (email address) with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us must have an initial email to be accepted. Iro Iro must be notified within three days of receiving clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
