Shipping within INDIA

For shipping within India, we offer free shipping for online payments made via debit card, credit card, PayPal, net banking or bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there will be a flat shipping fee of Rs.150

International Shipping

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at checkout, you can see an auto-generated shipping fee. Please see the approximate shipping charges for two garments below:
USA – US $20
UK – £15
Europe and the rest of the world – €20
Australia – AUD $30
Singapore – SGD $25

Order Communication

You will receive order-related emails in two stages.
1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address. You can track your order on the courier company’s website through the tracking code in the second email.
Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we can only schedule shipping for orders with complete addresses or correct telephone numbers.

Due to the time and eff ort put into each product, we do not refund orders. Refunds will only be processed based on unsuccessful performance or missing Items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.


Every single piece designed & produced in Iro Iro goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged product, please inform us at within three days of receiving the order.

In case of a damaged product return or size exchange, please write to with the subject:

RETURNS. Clothing sent to us must have an initial email to be accepted. Iro Iro must be notified within three days of receiving clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

No exchange and refund on discounted items.

Team Iro Iro holds the right not to accept returns if the customer uses or damages the product.
